Even though they never have already prepared hot wings so I always have to wait the 1 minutes which really is always 15-20 minutes for whatever reason, we order them a lot.... i still love the hot wings. Especially since they are always hot and fresh for the above reasons.
I've been to this establishment twice this year and each time customer service was great. Friendly and professional. The food was good and hot and ready in a reasonable amount of time. I would come back here to eat again with or without friends and family. Keep up the good work.
I arrived at this KFC late night just before they closed and ordered a $5 2 piece leg & thigh original box. I asked to replace the mash potatoes with potatoe wedges & the young lady at the drive-thru window told me they didn't have any wedges left and they were in the process of shutting things down
Best experience I've ever had with a fast food restaurant. The staff was super friendly and happy. I will continue to pass by the KFC located at 7091 Mechanicsville Turnpike to get the best service. Thank you to the whole crew!

Food was hot & fresh . Good portions as well. Drive thru was quick. I gave 4 stars only because the young lady at the drive thru had a little attitude. But over all good!!
Food is great, chicken was not as greasy as most places. The only issue I had is that they wouldn't not honor the 2/$6 that is advertised on television everyday. The ad which made me go to KFC at that very moment
