Upon walking through the doors, I was greeted by the friendly staff. The place was clean including the rest room. My order was taken quickly and the food came out fresh off the griddle. Coffee refill was completely instantly upon my request. 5/5 in terms of food, service, and atmosphere (the expectation that can be made of a Waffle House).
Went on a Saturday; service was very good. Crew worked well together. Atmosphere was okay; there were some customers there who had finished eating and had made themselves comfortable like they were at home; so we couldn't sit at a table which is much more accommodating for senior adults then the bar stools, but we made it work. Not the staff fault. I understand a business doesn't want to push customers out or cause conflict. However some customers are unreasonable or just plain rude so I hope Waffle House develops and implements a strategic plan for loitering restaurant customers.

She kept my glass of tea filled, a small matter that lots of waiters, and waitresses, seem to overlook. I left her a generous tip. And the food was DELICIOUS!ππππ I have always enjoyed eating at Waffle Houses all across the country and I think the crew at this Waffle House are among the best of the lot.
This was probably the cleanest I have ever seen this waffle house. Glad they are putting forth more effort in their presentation. Great job. It's typical wh fare. Staff are courteous
I had a lot to take up care of today and had a late breakfast between errands. I was so disgusted with DMV that I needed some time to quiet my spirit. I got the $11 special substituted hash browns smothered for the grits. I guess they have to keep the grits hot and ready but to see the man in the bucket of water to the Grits is kind of a taste killer. And it changes the consistency of the Grits that were made earlier. My meal was pretty good I played some music on the jukebox but these newfangled machines are difficult to maneuver Within to find your songs before I used to be able to play d122 or s53 and new with the song was. And you could flip through now everything is computerized. Blah blah blah blah blahπ€£ my food chain while I was still trying to find a song. But you get four songs $4 that's not bad. Silver Diner was another place where you can play your own music. I'm glad I stopped there because I was able to settle my brain on what else I had to do for the day.
OK, Waffle House, check.
Was it clean? Yup.
Did I have friendly people serve food quickly and accurately? Yup.
Did we get what we came for? Yup
Personally I've always liked waffle house. Food is always good. Never had bad customer service here. Atmosphere is normal.

Haven't even gotten my food yet at 150 am but the people in here are down right amazing. It's to go only at a walk up window at this time of night but there's a full parking lot and a line wrapped around the building in the pouring rain. The employees are stressed, but they're working hard and getting it done. The guy cooking hasn't had a break from the grill in about 5 or 6 hours but he's getting it done and holding it down. The two ladys at the window are visibly overworked and stressed out as well, but they still greet with a smile and do the best they can. My order might have been a little messed up, something didn't get on there that was supposed to be, but the people working here are some hard working people, and I hope you all see that and treat them well. All the while the security guard, which they have for some reason, is sitting on her phone and chain smoking cigarettes outside. She probably gets paid better than the people doing the work. I just had to give these folk a commendation on their hard work, they deserve better than what they're probably getting.
I walk in and order my food,in about 20 minutes I was eating. The cook and the waiter was really nice to me.
The server was very pleasant. The food was good.
