Didn't get to try the fudge, but the ice cream was amazing... So creamy and absolutely refreshing! Caramel apple could feed your whole family- so full of goodness! Impeccabe service and great attitudes, especially with it being opening day! We'll be back!

I would have given 5 stars if they had a restroom for customers. The shop was bright, colorful, and spacious. The chocolates all looked so good. The ice cream we got (chocolate, cappuccino, and mint chocolate chips) were all so tasty. They had great texture. It felt amazing to dig and taste. I loved the waffle bowl. (They gave me a dish under it and that was a good move as the waffle could break unexpectedly during the eating process)
First off gotta say this place is a chain, I didn't realize this until I got the napkin. That said the sundae I got was good, however on my receipt they charged me for sprinkles which I did not get, charged extra for the hot fudge and didn't put peanuts or even ask if I would like peanuts on my sundae! They did ask for whipped cream and cherry but no peanut option....I love peanuts and ice cream. The treats I side are super expensive, so much so that we couldn't buy any prepackaged stuff to see if it's even worth it. Overall decent experience but I'd rather try a local shop over this one.
Smells so damn good in this place! Everything tasted fresh and homemade! Their flavors are different than I’m use to but the cookies n crème was delightful 🍦and that waffle cone was crunchy yet still melted in my mouth 😋
Also, perfect size scoops! I love a good size cone!
Came in for a second time, this time with mom after a long afternoon at the park. She was astonished by the variety and quality of the candies and confections, but we'd come for ice cream.
While we were there we were assisted by an incredibly bright and engaging young woman named Gabby. She went above and beyond for us and was genuine, entertaining, and endearing. We had a great experience.

Kilwins was great, the hot fudge sundae was delicious, the super man ice cream was great as well and all the fudge was fantastic. I enjoy ice cream and fudge that is not to sweet, but you can taste the favors. Will definitely come back!!!
They have fantastic chocolate covered.. well pretty much everything here. They have a little ice cream shop in the back which my wife and I stopped in to grab a couple of scoops. Tons of stuff to get in here, from candy apples, caramel pecan Turtles really any sort of chocolate goodness you can think of. I believe most everything is made here they do have a lot of pre-packaged things that you can pick up as well. They also have a little fudge counter where you can get a little sliver to try. A great Richmond staple forgetting chocolates highly recommend everything is great!
Every time I go the ice cream is amazing and the women there are so sweet! I feel welcomed and appreciated and I enjoy taking my family and friends here!
The staff was very friendly and I liked having the option to taste what fudge or ice cream I wanted. I got the maple-nut fudge to taste which was good, but settled on a milkshake. You are able to mix two flavors so I chose the Strawberry Chunk and Coconut Ice Cream. If you are looking for a mild taste of coconut do not get the Coconut Ice Cream because there are loads of coconut pieces inside making the Coconut strongly potent. I do like that so I enjoyed everything.
Just not only the best ice cream I’ve ever had, they got one flavour that reminds me of my favourite chocolate from my country. 🖤🤝🏻 everything is delicious
