Capitol Coffee And Desserts - Richmond - Photo album

This place provides a great chill atmosphere, great for meeting with acquaintances, having brunch, or just hanging out. I've heard that it definitely helps to have a Capital One credit card when you purchase. Otherwise, the food is a bit on the pricy end of things. The employees are friendly and hel
First - tip for you - if you have a Capital One credit card, be sure to use it as it gives you 50% off your order! Nice trendy open bright place. I ordered their horchata brown sugar oat milk cold brew. On a hot day, it’s highly recommended! Service is friendly, fast/efficient.
There is no surer sign of capitalism’s cultural victory than this absolute capstone of Western financial and culinary dominance. It’s a bank and it’s a cafe - the two are one, and yet remain conceptually distinct (a concept Christian theologians have grappled with for millenia). Marx would’ve issued
A bright, spacious café in the heart of Carytown. There's a lot of seating available, and though its coffee and ambiance may not win out some other spots in the area, it's a great place for anyone looking to get some work done. They have meeting rooms and seating both upstairs and downstairs, all by
Great spot to get a coffee and do some work. There are some rooms as well. Not sure if they have to be reserved.
If you use a capital one card, the drinks are half off. There are two ATMs inside, an elevator to go to the second floor, and quite a few different meeting/work rooms. Those rooms are temporarily closed during the pandemic, but there are still various other tables spread out throughout both the firs
Went in today to inquire about my new account. T, the capital one employee was so incredibly informative and helpful. She had the best attitude with the customers I saw her interact with, including myself. She seemed like she genuinely cared about my concerns and even sent me home with a goodie bag
Brandon provided the best customer service ever. I was unsure of Capital Ones Deposit system. Brandon walked me through step by step instructions and ensured that all of my questions and concerns were met. i will definitely be back again. thanks Brandon for making this a pleasant experience.
Although I only came here for assistance, the place was very cozy, quiet, and clean. The lady who helped me was incredibly considerate and patient with the problems I was having with opening my account, despite needing to call support 3 different times! Will definitely come again if I need any help
It is a unique experience. It is just a bank feels you lucky and proud. I have been using capital one venture for a while and so far everything was perfect. Customer service is always responsive and nice. This cafe/bank concept is great idea. We did our deposit using atm and just drunk our coffees.
If you're in the downtown area and in need of a caffeine fix, Peet's Coffee at the Capital One Cafe is definitely worth a visit. While I wasn't blown away by their matcha latte, their mocha was really good. The mocha was rich and decadent, and the espresso was perfectly balanced with the chocolate.
It should be noted that I didn't purchase anything on my visit, so I don't have any experience with that end of this business. That being said this is an incredibly convenient location that has public bathrooms, friendly staff throughout, and provides a no strings attached break from wandering aroun
Pretty good spot. Lots of seating and sunlight. Not too loud. There are “nooks” that I’m guessing can be rented out but are temporarily closed. I do think their prices are way too high. 2 small drinks cost over $14! Insane.
The atmosphere is really chilled even when it got busy. The staff is friendly and the ambiance was nice. I would come back to definitely do some work if need be
The barristas know my name and provide decent service. while any coffee shop can get busy, especially in Carytown, they seem to always be on the ball, kind and courteous. The bankers are kind and friendly as well.
Been going here off and on for a year. On my most recent visit I was dismayed to find out it's no longer Peets Coffee at this location. But some brand I've never heard of, "Verve". The new coffee is just okay. Not the same flavor profile as Peets. Not sure why Capitol One got rid of Peets?
