How many independent restaurants have been in business since 1935? That should tell you something. No, this is not PBS cooking show food, but it is old-fashioned good food. Dunn's is known for Limeades - if you don't like sweet, don't even try. I like the regular size minced pork bbq sandwich.
Just left Dunn's. Their barbeque is just like NC Style and always fresh. I been going to them for over 40 years. Everything is delicious and the staff is very friendly and kind. Some of the cooks have been there for over 30 years. If you want good old fashion food, go to Dunn's.
