A lovely setting, spacious and beautiful dining room, attentive service and simply delicious food. During Lightfest it is especially wonderful.

ordered the bistro box and a bottled lemonade on my phone. said it would be ready in 30 minutes... got a message ten minutes later that it was ready for pick up!!
I didn't have high expectations but the food was actually fantastic. I really reccomend the vintners salad.

The tea house restaurant is set apart from the main building nestled in the garden itself giving you the feeling you're not in Richmond, Va anymore. The food is pretty tasty and the service is very friendly. It's worth checking out, so what are you waiting for?!
Good food fast!
The teahouse sits in a lovely location so worth a visit. Don't order a unheated sandwich - the multigrain bread was terrible.
Monte and I have had a wonderful time at the gardens and a great lunch at the tea house. Beautiful day
