You feel instantly at ease when you walk into Carini's. The hostesses and servers are always so nice and welcoming. I have yet to have a bad meal here. Try the chicken parm sub. Comfort food! The bread they use for the sub tastes just like it was freshly baked in your oven at home.
Excellent decor, menu and food. Great variety of Italian meats, seafood & cheese. Cannoli was excellent!
Everyone I talked with at my hotel said this was the place for an Italian sub. It did not disappoint. The garlic cheese bread tasted fresh with fresh garlic. Nice wine and beer options.

My brother took me here 2 years back. I travel through Richmond to Williamsburg every few months. This is my stop for lunch every trip. I love Italian and Carlini's hits it! Great lunch - great service! One server has been there for over 30 years!
We've celebrated countless Birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions here, as it's been one of my favorite restaurants since I was a kid.
I've yet to find a dish that wasn't delectable, with each one being plentiful and endlessly appetizing. My favorite probably being just the good ol' S
I really liked this place! My only complaint was that I think the fries cooled off before serving. Other than that the food was very good and the service was excellent. I'd like to come back soon. Great value.
