I just want to give positive feedback to all the staff at Maggiano’s for the carry out I received on Christmas Eve. It was obviously slammed and the wait time was backed up by 2 hours, but clearly this was due to the website allowing overbooking of preordered meals.

We went to Maggiano’s in Short Pump for our 25th wedding anniversary. Great service, great food and to top it off they even brought out a plate of chocolate covered strawberries with happy 25th anniversary written on it. A part of our anniversary that we will never forget. Thank you!!

My daughters and family love to dine at Maggianos it is one of our favorites to eat and take out. Our Server Taylor was awesome it was her supervisor that was not professional and treated us really nasty I did not get his name because he really did ruin the vibe of enjoying our family birthday. But

Maggiano's whole staff were outstanding during the whole process of planning my husband Birthday/Retirement celebration. I can't begin to express how pleased we were with everything. The management staff and Shanika their event planner was very professional and helpful in making sure all our needs
We stopped in for a birthday & highly recommend for a special occasion or if you’re just craving really amazing Italian. Everything we ordered (including the butter cake for dessert) was delicious . Can’t wait for our next visit! P.S. yes the food was just as good as they look in these pictures!!
