Food is good as always. We were told 20 mins wait for the food when ordered but it was 50 mins to get a burger, fries and shwarma sandwich!

Consistent amazing food! So glad we have them in our neighborhood. We usually get the lentil soup, chicken shawarma wrap, falafel wrap, fries and baba ganoush. Food is fresh, toppings are in plentiful and taste is amazing!! Great value for money as well. Can order online and pick up. I wish they had a delivery service!!

The place is called Joe's Hamburgers, and although the burgers (and fries!) are great, they really shine with their Shawarma in my opinion! It was the first place I'd ever tried Shawarma a number of years ago, and honestly, every other place I go to is compared to them as my standard (no one has yet come close). The owners are wonderful people who truly care about what they do, and it shows through the quality of their service and their food. Would highly recommend you check the place out if you're in the area.

I come here regularly and the food is always excellent. I get the chicken shawarma like everyone else. Not sure why the place is called "Joe's Hamburgers" because I've never seen anyone order a hamburger. This is a shawarma joint first and foremost. Probably the best in Richmond Hill.

Heard a lot of solid positive food experience. Second time went with friends for shawarma and fries. Kids and adults enjoyed the meal. Once you have picked the sauces and condiments just wait for it on your table

Not sure what's going on with them lately but it's going downhill- and this is coming from a long time customer. My last 3 orders have been completely messed up, even more frustrating to discover that once you're already home, hungry and they are closed. No amount of confirming your order (so many times!) seems to make a difference.

Best shawarma on a pita in RH. Price is very worthwhile. Pita is packed with lots of meat plus the toppings. It's the only place I have lunch if I forget to pack my own for work.
