Review Subway - Richlands

I always try to give this location a chance here and there because it's so close to my home but I will either drive further or pay extra for delivery from somewhere else. They either get my order wrong or the food is horrible. The bread was hard as a rock & not from being toasted but because it was old. I got like 3 leafs of spinach and a sprinkle of lettuce, two very small tomatoes, and barely any o&v when I asked for extra extra. I didn't even end up eating it because the bread was so hard.

I love this subway, I went here a total of 7 times! And the food was always great! I went to the one in Richlands and their food was awful! They cut the sandwich wrong and all! They put way too much lettuce and way too much sauce! But this subway always makes the best sandwiches! They cut it through the middle perfectly! And not only that but they added a perfect amount of condiments! I will always go here in the future for my subs!

Hadn't been to a Subway in years because I didn't like their food. Thought I would try it again and I'm glad I did. The food was great and this place was clean and had great service.

They made an entire sub wrong, none of the toppings I ordered were on it but every topping I didn’t order was on it. Do not recommend. Go to the one by domino’s.

Have been going to this store since we live right down the road for years. We sent our kids up there to get us subs. We got bacon on our subs but they didn't cook it cause we didnt want our subs toasted. We have always got bacon cooked on them. Never had to ask them to cook the bacon when sub wasnt being toasted, they always put the bacon in the cooker then on the sub. The workers tonight didnt do that and even told my kids that it wasnt cooked bacon. And the kids didnt know better.. They then told my kids that their parents should have came up here to order then. So had to go up there and they just took my bacon off our subs and cooked it and put back on. So by the time we could eat them our subs were soggy and gross.

They did not make my sweet onion chicken teriyaki the way they were supposed too. It was literally plain grilled chicken. I asked for bacon twice and didn’t get it? I refused to tell her a third time I was already losing my patience. The toppings on both my husbands sandwich and mine were non existent. What a waste of money.

Ordered a 6 inch sweet onion chicken teriyaki just now & got home & it had mayo & bbq sauce on it. I called & the young lady that answered snapped & said we don't have bbq sauce! I told her she needs to watch her tone with customers & that I was only telling her because I think I have someone else's sub! Rude & unprofessional and will not go back there again.

Kyle and Austin were funny and friendly. Made us great subs with a great experience. It's nice when you can interact with people, not robots. Definitely coming back!
