Slowest whataburger ever so far! I just wait for my order 20 min, there was no line only me!If you wanna waste your time this is your place!

If you want to experience the slowest whataburger in the whole US, look no more, this one in Richland MS is your spot, we were traveling back home and had to get some food on the go due to the pets we were carrying. It took a whooping 40 mins to get our order.
Yes, I know they were very under staffed, but they could have closed the lobby to run only drive.
Good luck to the managers of this place, I feel for you but it was a disaster.

Whataburger is always good. We missed Whataburger since moving and it was great to have it again. This location seems new as they seem to be still getting it together, but the food was good and the people were friendly. Will go back again if in the area. They are not the fastest, but they have good food.

Food is great but could use a little help with customer service, equipment, and wait times.
We waited about 30 in the drive through at 10pm, could barely hear the speaker and they seemed to get a little snappy when I asked what they said because I could barely hear them.
Overall good but not as great as I'm used to from this chain but good be great with some improvement.

This location has always been pretty good. The service was friendly, the food I ordered was correct, and it didn't take long to get it. I'm always delighted to stop in for lunch here. My only issue is a small one and that's the physical location, being right off of Hyw 49, can be troublesome to enter and exit at times. But, overall, a great experience. 👍

Worst fast food experience I’ve had in a very long time. Took about 25+ min to get our food. Fries were overly salty. Burgers were ok/decent. This stop put a big dent (time wise) in our trip to see our daughter.

We don't have a Whataburger in my home town so we stopped for something different and it was really good. It was a lil expensive but everything has gotten so exspensive. They do have a spicy ketchup tho that I do highly recommend! Nice employees & clean dining room.
