Horrible! I understand it is hard to hire right now… but the staff here is just downright rude. Stood in line with about 10 other people to order at the counter. The girl at register left to go work on drive thru orders and left us all standing there waiting for a solid 15-20 minutes. No explanation
It was lunch time and all I got was some fries and a ten piece nugget. The fries were crunchy like they’d been left under the heat lamp for 30 minutes and it was the same with the nuggets.
OK I understand it was superbowl Sunday and they didn't want to be at work... but come on man, there was no reason to be rude no reason to talk about be behind my back ( wait till I pull off next time). This was my first time at that Wendy's but I heard from a friend they are always like that.
Terrible hours, basically open only for lunch. I understand it’s difficult to hire people but this location has been closing early since Covid started. No other fast food restaurant in the area to my knowledge still have lunch hours.
Terrible service, the lady taking the order didn’t ring up one drink, when told that she didn’t she got an attitude and said well you will just have to drive back around an get at the back of the line. (Behind a long line of cars for just one drink) that she didn’t ring up like she was supposed to!!
They do not honor prices on the menu. They are not trying to hire anybody. And their hours are so inconsistent that if you pull up at the times they be open, they still would not be open. So, I just stopped going.
I pulled up at 10:33am this morning so I knew they had just opened. I waited about 7 mins maybe for this wondeful burger. I have always loved Wendys over any other fast food place. I asked for a number ONE, double, no ketchup or tomato. My fiancé ordered one of each type of their baked potatoes. I was charged for and ended up with a number TWO, with a big side of attitude from a cashier who was in too big of a hurry to do anything right. There was no one else in the lobby and
