This place is like a rest for your soul from a fast-paced life in the form of a soup and sandwich. Their sandwiches have the right balance of all the ingredients on it and bless it with a soup and bam you got a little escape in your mouth of pure happiness. Plus a sweet cookie when you are done with all that goodness. It's like they know me and it's my first time in there. Awesome mom and pop looking restaurant. It was a delight to dine here.
For many years a favorite sandwich place. The experience at the counters was great, our order as we wanted, with a smile.
The atmosphere is a small town sandwich shop, not a 5-star restaurant. Tables for 2, 4, and 6. Sometimes you have tables outside,, but not in this weather!
Today we split a country club on marbled rye, added two chicken enchilada soups, and two potato salads. We debated if the 'new' potato salad is as good as the old one, from decades ago. But the current one is quite good either way. The sandwich was super fresh bread and veggies, but it was the soup that got my attention on a damp, dreary winter day. Also, the rice crispy treat was light as air.
This place was just ok, as it reminded me of a 90s mom and pop sandwich shop. The decor is seriously lacking, old tables and mismatched chairs, plastic utensils, and Styrofoam bowls. It kind of has a feeling of a soup kitchen and an old hospital cafeteria and meals on wheels.
The food was fine. I had a half sourdough sandwich and a cup of broccoli soup. My wife had a bowl of soup and a lack luster grilled cheese that my 4 year old kind of munched on. Honestly, it wasn't anything special, and it was quite pricey for what it was. If you really look at it, we got 1 sandwich and a full bowl of soup for 35 bucks....so yeah.
But I will say this place was busy....lots of 50+ and senior citizens were eating here.
If you want good food at decent prices that WON'T leave you feeling bloated and gross, this is the place!! We loves our sandwiches and soups and definitely plan to go again. Lots a variety.
you can get almost any kind of sandwich here from egg salad to peanut butter and jelly turkey they have every kind of bread you can think of. They have a cappuccino bar get one of those drinks. They have homemade soups. This is a little secret hidden gem and the Tri-Cities you should try it if you're from out of town because it is all like it's homemade
I was there at noon on a weekday. Food was great. Lots of customers, but it did not take long to place an order, or for the food to be delivered to our table. I would certainly return again.
The order was taken and delivered quickly. The order was tasty. I highly recommend the vegan burger! Will be back to visit when I return to the TriCities area in about 3 months!
This is the best lunch place I have found since moving to the tricities! They have the best soup, salads and sandwiches. Quick and affordable. I have been impressed time. I get my orders for pick up, and I can’t say I would change that. It kinda has an old school cafeteria vibe that I wouldn’t find super cozy. But the food and the service are superb.
The best morning/lunch place in the parkway. The best sandwiches and soup anywhere. I grew up on this stuff so im not messin around here. You have to support this amazing local businesses
I am super impressed with the customer service that I received here. I came in after having a bad experience elsewhere and the people at Stone Soup made it right by offering such pleasant customer service and great food. Thank you!
Nice place to stop by for lunch. Sandwiches were good, soup was way better though. Quick service, clean and nice atmosphere.
Love the pickle spears and cookie served on the side.
The food was wholesome and tasty, the service was polite and prompt and the prices were okay. My only gripe is the styrofoam cup my soup came in. Can we get real cups?
I absolutely love this place. They sure do know how to make a sandwich. The owners are very friendly. The restaurant is clean too.
Really enjoy this local business. If you order take out, be sure to double check that they give you all that you order.
Great local sandwich shop, which also
has excellent soups. They have a large variety of sandwiches and opitions (breads, meats, add one etc..). Price are reasonable.
I like a good sandwich and this chicken salad sandwich has been on my mind since I ate it 3 long weeks ago 🤔💭🥪 I’ve made up my mind, I’m going back this week for another!
When ever we go out for lunch in Richland we try to stop at Stone Soup. The food is always great; service is exceptional and prices are very reasonable. My wife and I usually take family with us as well. Personally, I am pleased that you acknowledge veterans when they come in. Thank you for honoring our country.
My was diagnosed with a rare Leukemia in Nov 2019. So we had to move to Spokane to get her care that she needed. 3.5 years later we still talk about our lunches at Stone Soup and laugh about how great it was. We hope all is still going well there and maybe you might put a sandwich shop in Spokane Valley!
Great assortment of sandwiches and tasty soups served efficiently by friendly staff. Good location, but currently construction across the street.
Food was delicious, service was awesome and the outside seating was great.
