So I've never had Papa John's without the garlic sauce because my order has always been completed with one in the box.. however for some reason someone failed to put my sauce in tonight 🤦🏽♀️ don't understand how something like this even happens?!?!?... Not satisfied with my order tonight at all !

Terrible service! We order 2 pizzas buffalo chicken. One large and one medium.. it was good. On last night we order pizza buffalo pizza.. and one large. It came buffalo with bacon on it.. we called. The store.. the store. The dude was so disrespectful.. just I told him.. how they messed it up... The guy who answered the phone. So rude ,poor customer service. He said, I'm crazy and he wosent even apologized.. he starts aruing he hung up.. and we call again.. the dude is way too again disrespectful.. and hung up.. we never see how coustmur service is poor, unprofessional.. I had to call cooperate.. to let them know.. how is terrible service was.. something needs to be done... We will never order pizza from this location.. I hope it doesn't happens to someone else...it's so shame they hiring those kids who messing up coustmur service and don't care.. I hope they know messing the business.. I will never order pizza from them. I let my friend's know as well.. and they pass the word! As well.. I see all bad reviews on here... Sad and shame. I hope business step up.. and make business...

My girlfriend and I ordered a New York Style pepperoni pizza last night, and it was the BEST tasting pizza I have ever had. I consider myself to be a pizza critique, and it was just soooo tasty. It's also the only pizza place that offers a "spicy" garlic sauce. 20 stars!

I ordered large veggie pizza with extra cheese. Firstly, cheese was almost not there on the pizza, it was not even normal. Not sure why we order extra cheese? Also, veggies was not fresh. It was bit dry. Taste was also not good. Compared to other locations where I ate Papa John's pizza, this was not to their good standard. Disappointed. :(

This is by far the best Papa Johns I have ever gotten pizza from. But today I received 2 raw pizzas. I called them and spoke with the manager. He refused to re make my order and told me to put them in the oven. I almost never call the store if something is wrong and have never asked for my pizza to be re made. I deal with what I have and ask for a credit. With that said I am terribly disappointed whit this store and manager still my favorite store but they should be willing to fix their mistakes.

Ordered an extra pepperoni with chicken and bacon on half for carryout from the Richfield store. Went to pick it up, it was done on time and waiting. Got home only to find the pizza wasn't even remotely what I ordered, Cheese with half jalapeños or something. Drove back to the store to get it fixed, brought the box back with the tag on it. They checked the tag, then asked me three times what was supposed to be on the pizza. Got the next pizza quickly, still wasn't right, well half right. Half cheese, half pepperoni, chicken and bacon. Screw it, I'm not waiting around to give you a third chance to figure out how to make it right. Order at your own risk, or at least make sure to check your pizzas, because they apparently don't.
