Jack In The Box

I drove by this location to pick up some food for my sister. I made sure all the food was in the bag before leaving , little did I know that the tacos I ordered for her had lettuce and nothing else. Who the hell does this by the time we noticed I had dropped off the food and left to work. Thank you for ruining her lunch.

Eat breakfast at Jack in the box twice a week for last 17 years. Ordered with coupons for 2 breakfast loaded sandwiches for $7 and large DP. When got up to the window they tell me that they do not accept the coupons that were mailed to me. Felt sorry for the young kid at the window because his lady boss was yelling from behind him. Gave him my mailer coupons and left. Went down the street to McDonalds as I will never waste my time or money at Jacks. Guess this location has to much business .

I came to this location during my lunch break only to pull off and see my order was made wrong. Not to my surprise since they often make it wrong. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my job. So I parked and brought the food inside and requested my order to be remade correctly. Instead, the manager shouting in Spanish that he made my order correct and that I needed to pay more if I wanted Swiss cheese on a sandwich that already comes with Swiss cheese. He then ordered an employee to refund my money and repeatedly told me to never return to the location stating I was causing problems. Instead of just making my food right lol I guess he was mad I didn't wanna pay him an extra dollar for cheese that is already supposed to come on the sandwich.

Only 2 of the 6 tacos I got were even luke warm. The rest were stone cold. These aren't exactly good reheated and I didn't drive that far or wait that long in line. They just staged me some 4 hour old tacos...Considering the price increase I atleast would expect warmish food. Didn't have time to go back and argue for better ones. I used to work for Jack and they didn't let us serve cold food...Or stage food all evening and serve it old and gross. I know tacos are cheap but c'mon guys... such an easy thing to make...I could've waited 5 mins for fresh ones.🌮
