A step above your average Subway because it's located at the cusp of the tony Canyon Creek neighborhood of Richardson and Plano.
Fresh vegetables of your choice adorn meat & cheese sandwiches on fresh baked bread. Not just any bread either! The 9-Grain Wheat Bread has a chewy and and nutty texture and the flatbread pairs well with tuna and swiss. SCRUMPTIOUS!
Don't forget an enormous fresh baked cookie!

Feels like not to go to this subway, had a good impression but No changing of hand gloves, using same for all customers, Veggies not replaced, sweeping the bowl with the gloves,
Mixing up with veg and non veg using same gloves.
Not sure what special, they don’t accept any coupons.

Paid for double meat but didn't get it. Paid for chocolate chip cookies and got macadamia nut cookies. They refuse to refund any of my purchase after reporting to corporate. Will report to BBB next

Had not visited this site for a while. Came in to find they remodeled to be brighter and more inviting. Counter service is the same, efficient and friendly. Minor changes to existing items offered, plus new menu options including breakfast. Sub sandwich was made to order, all ingredients were fresh and tasty. Glad to know this site remains consistent with good quality.

The Subway is so clean and well organized. Seemed like it has less occupancy than some bigger ones, but it's maintained very well. The rest rooms are very clean too. I went for a very late lunch at 3 pm, it wasn't overly busy. But customers kept walking in one after the other. I loved the cleanliness, ambience, convenience of the closeness to the highway and the service.

I visited your restaurant last week and had the best service of my life from a woman with really short hair and a British accent. My wife and I had just got some bad news and we were having a horrible day, and your employee was super kind and friendly. She not only took an interest in us and chatted but got us laughing so hard we couldn't talk. We came in feeling miserable but left feeling great. It was amazing. I manage a store and I can tell you those kind of employees are incredibly rare—you're very lucky to have one. Oh, and the food was good too. She made a perfect sandwich. I'm definitely coming back, but it's because of your employee, not just the food.
