Love this place! Started coming here about a year ago and always enjoy the service and oh yeah, the food! Michelle is always a smiling face, Rick always has a bad dad joke, and Kristina is always attentive and friendly! My fave is the Reuben sandwich and Amy loves the chicken and bacon wrap!
Used to come to the cafe that used to be at this location as a kid; had fond memories of their pancakes. For nostalgia's sake, I had the two pancakes with the added strawberries and whipped cream. They were fantastic! Great size; came out in a timely manner, and the strawberries were delicious. Great price, too!
Your best bet for a good breakfast in Rhinelander. I know that they serve lunch as well, but the three times we have stopped in, its always been for breakfast, so that is what I basing this review on.
It's small and usually pretty busy, but we have yet to wait for a table. Always seems like there is just enough room. Service is super friendly. Food always arrives hot, in a timely manner, and the portions are very good for the price. They have a varied menu, so there is something for everyone including the kids.
Only suggestion I would have would be that I wish they offered some made from scratch options or some locally sourced products like fresh eggs or meat options.

As soon as we walked in, my mouth watered. The krinkle cut fries are made to perfection. The bluegill dinner was very filling. Thanks for extended hours on Fridays.

Visited two weeks on Jan 15th. Wonderful Diner! Food was fantastic and waitress was on the ball and very personable! The place was packed, but she was able to take care of every guest! Wow is all I can say! Thank you for a great experience! We will be back 😊
It was my first time eating there and the food was fabulous especially the homemade chips and ranch. And the owner was hilarious. It's a great atmosphere and the waitress was phenomenal. I will definitely be back
Great little place, breakfast was plentiful, tasty and hot, right off the griddle. Something you don't get from chains, huge cups for coffee. Can't wait to go back.
