Papa Johns Pizza

Honestly, wasn’t too happy about my experience here. Granted I was in a rush but other than that it was honestly kind of ridiculous. The small pizza that I got ended up being over $20 and the wait for it was over 30 mins long. I just feel like it might be a good idea to feature some cheaper items on the menu along with quicker items to deliver. That way there’s not as long of a wait & the customers are happier with the prices.

Papa Johns already has the best pizza BY FAR and this location just makes it even better. They are always so quick to get my order finished and the staff is always very friendly especially the night manager Sam, she needs a raise for how great of work she does. My pizza is always done in a timely manner and tastes great.

Papa John’s makes good pizza. I’ve eaten a lot of it, but this location doesn’t seem to put much effort into their pizzas. They often miss sauces and on our latest order they barely put enough cheese on and the pizza was burnt and sloppy. We payed extra to “papa size” the pizza and it looked like they just added more dough and not anything else.

I ordered a pizza through the app to be picked up at 4:45. Got a message through the app at 4:23 that the pizza was ready. Why? The manager explained to me basically that it made his life easier that way in case he was suddenly swamped with orders. So if you want a pizza that's been sitting under a heat lamp for 20+ minutes, this place is awesome.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They had a technical error which told them to make the wrong kind of Pizza for us, instead of throwing it away when they made the mistake, they just gave the Pizza to us free. This is also the best pizza in Rexburg hands down. We love Papa John's of Rexburg. They rock!!

We have always loved Papa John’s pizza from other locations. However, we have ordered from the one in Rexburg a few times the first time we ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza and was told it would stake 30 minutes an hour later we called they said the driver could not find us and had returned to the restaurant. No call nothing! So we cancelled that and went out someplace else. The next time our son came and had his three boys so he ordered 2 large pizzas and soda they said it would be 30 minutes. After 45 minutes my son called them and they said they were about to leave to bring it. After 30 more minutes my son calls again they said the drive had knocked on the door and no one answered! (I don’t know where they went but it was not our house!) he told them again where we live - less then 4 blocks from the restaurant! And they said they would bring it back out. Another hour later he called again and we were told they couldn’t find us! He cancelled the order and again we went out to eat someplace else. Now tonight I ordered a large meat pizza they said it would be here is 35 minutes after 45 minutes I called and asked where my pizza was and was told it was sitting there in ther store waiting for the driver to come back so he could deliver it. So the pizza has been sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for the the delivery guy to get back. So again we cancelled the order. I want to point out that every single time this has happened no one has apologized. No one has asked if they can do anything to make the situation better. Nothing!! We live literally right at 4 blocks away from where they are and yet they can’t find us to get us a pizza! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn’t submit a review unless I picked a star rating if I could have done zero stars I would!
