As a chain I enjoy these resturaunts, especially with their range of menu items. I once ordered shakes from most of the fast food places and Jack's had the best one out of the lot. Their ice cream machines are never down. Also the quality of the food was on par with the price. I would have given five stars but the workers could use some more training I think. They felt the need to squish the sandwiches. Also it would have been better to put the napkins in the bag still folded.

I have a lot of children.. Yesterday my husband and son in law and all my children went to your store to get something to eat. The employee that took our order was super patient and took the time to make sure that he got everything exactly right. He brought it out to us and he remembered exactly who had ordered what and gave everyone the right meal. He did an outstanding job

Usually have a great experience at Jack in the box. Sadly, got a meal with the stacked grilled cheese, after eating the fries, went to eat the "burger" only to find it had no burger patty like advertised. Since I was driving down the highway to Utah, I was already too far to turn around. Also, no receipt was provided to be able to give a survey. Be extra careful on checking your order.

Food came out pretty quick and was hot. Tasted great! Prices are a little higher than I like, but what can you do when your out of town needing to eat?

Ordered a sourdough chicken club and got a complete mess. Suppose to have chicken, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato with mayo. Had to pay extra for bacon,no cheese, no mayo just a spicy sauce that is soaked through the sourdough. $12+ for something I won't even feed to my mutts. Not happy at all and will never be back there

They always mess up my order, and I've given them 3 chances. As jack was a favorite spot as a kid.
Also, the staff at night seems to be just children, and they are exceptionally rude.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. My husband and I both used the male and female bathrooms and I will not clean the toilet in the girls bathroom was broken and leaking everywhere. Don’t use the bathrooms hopefully their food area is clean

Second time in my 31 year existence I’ve had Jack-In-The-Box. No complaints from me... staff was friendly & the food was hot.
