Buffalo Wing Factory

I am not one to write reviews, but I owe this place one. As a neighbor, I am a default regular. You might even call me furniture since you can expect I'll sit in the same spot every time - if my chair is available. I have been coming here for several years. To start, a disclaimer: There have been times I chose to come less frequently & went elsewhere for better service, food, prices, whatever. But, I'd always pop back in every few months, mostly because it is the only real option in walking distance. Now, I pop in a few times a week! Here's why: 1. Renovations aside, the service has greatly improved. I usually sit in the bar area. While none are bad (anymore), my favorite bartender is Austin. He is pleasantly conversational. Down to earth & relatable, he offers more than small talk without being too much - which is a hard balance to find, especially around this area. Recently, he's even offered to hold my newborn so I could eat my tacos with both hands! A true class act. 2. If the kitchen makes any kind of mistake, then they will go the extra mile to make it right. For example, I recently ordered nachos with queso on the side. The queso came on top. The server alerted me of the mistake immediately, rather than waiting for me to say something. While they prepared the correct order, they let me enjoy the first one and then sent me home with a second one, with the queso on the side. :) 3. Yes, prices have increased, but that's everywhere. While I still try to avoid paying full price, I sometimes splurge for a full order of wings because they are simply much better and meatier than other places. However, I usually stick to the specials. Now that they have $1 wing Wednesdays, I will wait until Wednesdays to order my wings. There are very few times when there aren't any specials. I rarely can make it for Fire Hour (2-4 weekdays), but those prices are truly unbeatable. The Happy Hour prices are also great deals, and there are many delicous options. Even though one of my faves is not on the menu anymore, they're still more than happy to make me the retired pair of Buffalo Chix Tacos (or the beef counterpart) upon request. Try it! Thank me later. 4. They cook to order, so there is a wait time but nothing unrealistic for FRESH food. I highly encourage folks to try to dine in so they can eat the food immediately. I personally would not use Doordash or the like for ordering wings, because wings are not the same after sitting 15-20 minutes. That is true of anywhere, but I include it as some of the negative reviews are clearly "user error" to me rather than subpar service.

I am a single dad of a special needs young man and sometimes it can be difficult for us to go out to restaurants. We moved last year close to this location and decided to give it a try. From the day we walked in the staff has been incredible to myself and my son, making him feel so comfortable and welcome that we are here now at least once a week. This is due to great people like Austin, Adora and Jose that take care of us. The food is always on point and we love coming here!!

Top notch service and GREAT experience! Came in tonight thinking i'd grab a quick bite after work and stayed through the football game! Food was great, drinks were perfect, and the attention and the care of the staff (Austin in particular) was that of a higher-end restaurant. The Manager on duty even checked on me twice despite it being busy! I have visited this establishment a few times the past couple years, and in the past couple months it really seems like they've stepped it up in their quality of service across the board Will be back next Thursday night!

Been dining in this restaurant for the past two years, and I've been very pleased with how interactive and caring the employees are. It's not often for me to be needing any additional assistance by receiving an incorrect order, and even if it happens from time to time, I always get immediate service. The food has always been great and I'm happy to say that I absolutely love this store and its atmosphere!

Going the Buffalo Wing Factory is such a calm and welcoming place to go perfectly with friends and family to dine in. I went to get some takeout one day and I greeted immediately by the host and he was very calm and nice. The environment around the area was very nice and everyone was enjoying their time dining in. I got myself some takeout boneless wings and despite it's pricing, the quality and size of the wings were worth it afterwards. I got my food pretty quickly and I had no problems with the order. The staff is all nice and professional and they are great people to chat with. Would definitely recommend dining in or doing takeout!
