Willard’s BBQ does not disappoint. Recently used them for take-out to cater a family dinner for 9. Everyone was very happy with the meal. I spoke to Misael who answered all my questions and patiently helped me figure out how much food to order.
Easy to order online too for pick-up.
Delicious as usual!!

Stumbled upon Willard’s by accident and man I will be back! Got the Texas Teaser Tray which has a little bit of everything - Brisket, Ribs, Sausage, and Pulled Pork. Truly the best barbecue I’ve had outside of Texas. The staff was incredibly polite as well!

Friendly, welcoming staff, with delicious barbecue. Prices are reasonable and they have a platter where you can try a little of the majority of the items. The staff even gave us a sample of one of the sides to try. We are from TX and were pleasantly surprised with their bbq flavor. Their bbq sauces are delicious. We will definitely return for more.

Consistently great BBQ. Great cornbread! The ribs are juicy but I am all about the pulled pork and some good Carolina style sauce!

Lordy, this food. People talk about Rudy's but I far prefer this place. I'm not much of a BBQ fan, but this place has something for everybody. The down home music and dining area just completes the experience. Two can dine well for $30.

Decent barbecue. I like the consistency that they bring... You know what you're getting every time. In all honesty... It's not the best barbecue but it's not horrible. I would give them three stars on food and five stars on service because they're quick and efficient. Honestly I think this is how I could state it best.... If you just want some barbecue that's edible and leaning on the edge of good... This is okay. This is not the barbecue that you want to feed to your friends and have it stand up to their standards.

I recently dined at Willard BBQ and had a somewhat mixed experience. While some aspects of the meal were enjoyable, there were a few drawbacks that prevented me from giving it a higher rating.
Let's start with the positives. The sausage at Willard BBQ was definitely a standout. It had a delicious blend of flavors and was cooked to perfection. Each bite was juicy and packed with smoky goodness. The pulled pork was also quite tasty, with a nice balance of flavors and a tender texture. It was clear that a lot of care had been put into preparing these dishes.
However, I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with the brisket. It had a considerable amount of fat, which detracted from the overall experience. While I understand that some marbling is expected, the fat content in this particular cut was excessive. It made the meat difficult to chew and took away from the enjoyment of the flavors. I believe that a leaner cut would greatly improve the brisket offering at Willard BBQ.
Moving on to the sides, they were decent but didn't leave a lasting impression. The coleslaw had a pleasant crunch and a tangy dressing, but it lacked that extra something to make it truly outstanding. These sides were satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement to make them more memorable.
In terms of service, the staff at Willard BBQ were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, with a rustic charm that added to the overall experience. The pricing was reasonable for the portion sizes, considering the quality of the ingredients.
In summary, my visit to Willard BBQ had its ups and downs. The sausage and pulled pork were delightful, showcasing the skill of the chefs. However, the excessively fatty brisket and somewhat forgettable sides were areas for improvement. With some adjustments, particularly with regards to the brisket and sides, Willard BBQ has the potential to become an outstanding barbecue destination.

I came here for the first time in June 2023. I had never eaten at Willard's BBQ and the staff suggested I try the Texas Teaser Tray. The portion size was very good, and I got it with mashed potatoes with gravy and macaroni and cheese. The mashed potatoes were very good, but I found the macaroni and cheese to be a bit watery and not warm enough. Overall the quality and quantity of the foodwas good for the price.

Delicious chicken and pork BBQ! Cute decor and quick service, friendly and efficient staff. It's one of those restaurants in a strip mall but is a nice surprise when you sit down to eat. Have to say I didn't love the mac and cheese, but the other sides and the peach cobbler and banana pudding were delicious!
