I wasn’t able to catch his name, but he was the order taker at the window. I wonderful black gentleman. He was very friendly and went the extra mile for me! I am an order taker at my job and it can be rough to put on a smile sometimes but, I love seeing a crew who enjoys their job. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!!

Ordered a Door dash order. Almost choked on this whip cream nozzle that was found in my shamrock shake. Not only an extreme safety hazard, but totally unsanitary.

Come on! Stop selling large fries if you will just fill it half.. I am getting a medium fries but paying for a large one!!! These is constantly.. as in!
Will update this review, will try order again there for the 100th times and see if it will change.

Nothing changes, they are very constant in giving half filled large french fries, i bought 4 fries today, when i open the bag when i got home i took picture right away so i can show you.
It’s ok to pay $16 worth for these item. But i hope they really need to work on filling the correct size. It’s so disappointing!!! it’s not what i paid for.

They got an attitude with me because I show up 5 minutes before close and to be honest it was going to be a quick order and the man had a huge attitude with me. He kept saying okay is that it? Is that it? I left because he probably would have messed up my food on purpose. :)

Ordered ahead via the app. Got turned around and so didn’t show up as timely as I could have. This location made sure the fries were fresh. Service was fast frequently and the order was perfect 🤩

Bad customer service experience when I was in the queue and their closing time came up. They shut everything up without a word. My attempts at wanting to speak to the manager was rudely ignored. I felt so disrespected and vowed never to go back as I was looking for food for my son.

Used the app, paid thru the app and cashier said the charge didn't go thru. Paid cash and later checked credit card bill and found out I had been charged.
