Domino's Pizza

The staff are well-trained, friendly, helpful, and prompt. Any changes needed to your order are sufficiently handled, with optional communication updates via text. Each in-store employee, call center representative, delivery driver, and, of course - the food - are presentably clean at this location, creating an overall positive experience. This store leaves good lasting impressions, such as when your next contribution to St. Jude's will be, adding a 30% tip (unofficially) for 2 extra bottled waters, along with the given points towards earning another free pizza/reward ✓

Ordered from there and pretty upset with my boneless wing order I have ordered them before from this location and they were ok. These pieces are smaller than pop corn chicken crumbs!!! No Buffalo sauce on the wings. Pizza was decent but the wings cost as much as a pizza this is terrible. Ownership should be ashamed

Worst experience, pizza was out for delivery for over 30 min and I live 2 min away. The deep dish pizza I ordered had a mutilated crust, it was cold and the bread bites were cold. Tried calling and nobody answered so I had to get in my car and go to the store. The "manager" didn't seem to care about the condition of the pizza they sent out. At least they refunded me. I've been a pretty loyal customer for the nearly 6 years we have lived in Renton, won't be going back and deleted the app from my phone. Very disappointing 😞

The worst customer service I have ever received from a pizza or fast food joint in over 10 years. Delivered wrong food, that food was cold, late refund,and said I had a credit for future order. Mind you I used a coupon and the coupon was the only thing I was credited. So went to use my supposed credit they wanted more than my original order for one pizza. Do not recommend

I sat on the phone for 15 minutes just to get hung up on, and then I call back just to be told this store isn't taking delivery orders. It's bad enough one of your managers Aso wanted to fight a female, and now my call gets hung up on just to be told no delivery orders when I call back!!!! This is not a good look for the franchise. By the way, "I don't EVER want Aso to deliver pizza to my home"!! I'm at work at times and my Wife orders pizza from time to time, and since he likes to fight females I don't trust him delivering to my home if an issue occurs with the food delivered. I'M SO SERIOUS, I'd be shocked if he's still employed by this Company/Franchise.

The thin crust medium sized pizza with extra sausage, olives, pepperoni and extra cheese was great. However, not worthy of the price of $35.00 I would be more receptive of the cost if I had it delivered but since I picked it up myself after waiting 25 min's, the price is in excess of about $15.00 in my view. Other than that, I appreciate the quality, it was very tasty and satisfying.
