7-eleven

I came into the 7-Eleven late one night and I experienced great customer service. and his name was Tony. t o n i e he was very helpful greeted me with a smile seemed a little tired it was busy people were gambling he went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable there wasn't any machine so he actually had somebody get off of a machine and let me sit down and play for a bit he asked me if I needed anything and it was just a pleasant surprise with people not giving great customer service these days I want to commend your employee for an outstanding job and making me feel comfortable when I didn't I had a hard night and I thank you for that.He could tell I was not in a good way.His smile lights up a room.I have experiencd some other workers there that aren't so nice and helpful so I thought I would out this review in.been coming there for years and Tonie was the first employee I was compelled to write a review about

All the staff I've had the pleasure of meeting has always been hard working people and very pleasant. I shop here even if there's somewhere else cheaper, closer, or extremely busy. The customer service is the most important to me & here everyone acts "real" & doesnt act like customers are an inconvenience.

Don't stop here much and this is prob why I won't again. After a long day of work I stop in to grab a drink and a lighter. I don't see the drink I like in stock so I proceed to the counter where the female cashier was already having troubles with the olde lady in front of me using her card. Once my turn came I almost wanted to wait for other cashier. Then as I went to her as you guessed it I was welcomed rudely and spoke to the whole time in a demeanor unlike Ive seen before. Im young yet my hearing is not the best. All I will say is thank you for showing me why I hadn't stopped by more often recently.

I appreciate anyone who's ever worked for a 7-eleven. The customers are rude and always thieving and whining and disrespectful towards anyone. SO take it down some notches when you cant get what you want always trying to come up on something for free or trying to get that extra .20 cents. Act accordingly and the employees willl do so as well.

I usually visit this store in the afternoon. The employees are always very friendly My 3 year old LOVES the pink donuts! every once in a while the display case doesn't have the pink donuts On 2 different occasions the employee behind the counter (usually blue/green hair) I want to say her name is tiffany, but I am not completely sure, has actually checked and gave me the pink donuts. She is my hero! a 3 year old without his donut is a nightmare! thanks again!
