Don't even bother with this store. I ordered some food via the app at 6:00 pm. Arrived at approx. 6:15 pm only to find that the store's closed. This particular store only seems to be open three, MAYBE four days out of the week, and who knows if it'll be open when you arrive.
A lady that was working at the window for this location on February 19th around 6:00 pm was highly disrespectful. She misheard my order and instead of asking me to repeat what i said, she yelled “what”. Obviously, i cancelled my order and left. I believe she needs to be retrained on how to use appro
Worst customer service by this Hispanic blonde looking woman. She failed to inform us all their sodas were flat no gas. Failed to give us or offer us sauces for our nuggets very condascending and rude attitude. Call bk customer service to report their lack of courtesy and professionalism.
Restaurant closed while in drive through to order. My wife was in line and pulled up to the drive through speaker to place an order when they informed her they were now closed. Super rude. They act like you're an inconvenience to them and *really* don't want you to order more than one item. Masks are no where to be found. I honestly left feeling guilty that I had wasted their time asking them to make food in exchange for money.

I came today to try the new ChKing sandwich. I ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches, no mention of "spicy". At the window, the rep said,"deluxe," right?".
