The customer service was A+. The only bad thing I have to say is that if you're getting a teriyaki bowl and they ask you if you want vegetables just say no because really what they mean is you're getting a bunch of lettuce. As you can see in the photo I got one piece of broccoli and two very thin slices of squash. I would have rather skipped it. But again I can't give because the customer service more than five stars and they deserve it they were super polite.
Post owners response; had I known that was an option, I would have.
P.S. do I have to ask for any burned meat to be cut off prior to being served too!

Place is clean and friendly staff. Food was OK. The Teriyaki Chicken was good but the noodles and fried rice tasted bland and boring. Texture was a bit hard and not full like a typical noodle from mongo. Needs the sauce otherwise it's too dry.

Purchased a spicy chicken bowl and two chicken egg rolls. I received 1 completely burnt one. See picture. Crazy they made me pay for this, of course it was in the bag so I didn’t see it until I got home. Check your food before you leave.

I got the teriyaki chicken with frid rice and veggies. And it was so good my taste buds were exploding. They get 5 stars. A must eat at place.

The worst Teriyaki Madness; the food I order was not up to standards by any means. I order 3 chicken egg rolls and they were so hard, over cooked and no flavor at all. Store bought are way better than these egg rolls. The marinate on the teriyaki beef tasted weird and old, it definitely wasn’t fresh. I called to complain and the manager has no customer service skills, she got so upset when I asked for her boss’s number and did not want to give it to me, and she hanged up the phone on me. Maybe she shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t keep up with simple complaints. I didn’t like that she lied about having fresh food because she didn’t see the kind of food I received. Horrible customer service!!!

I usually have no issues with TM. However, I was very disappointed with the portion size received for our takeout order. I literally received two pieces of chicken and few scraps with my order. Not acceptable for the prices they charge.

Teriyaki madness is a gift to society delivered directly from god! I love teriyaki madness with every bone in my body. The staff is young but so happy helpful and sweet. The food is like a warm fire on a cold winters night as it just warms my heart. Review: 💮 Have gluten-free options & Chive TV!! Served in a plastic bowl w/ snap on lid so you can just get up & take it w/ you on the go which is superb because I couldn’t finish my meal there was so much. They also have a plastic fork/chopsticks utensil 🍴/🥢 Only 1 size of drink, 24 oz. Bathrooms quite clean & tidy. Overall, a really good option & good portion sizes. Pretty convenient to be located next to the movie theater.
