3/1/19 ~ 8:45 PM. Wow, the cashier seemed incoherent: we gave her the order, but then there was a pause, and then she asked for our order again after repeating something that was unclear. We drove to the window & she looked confused, unaware, & on a cellular. A male come to the window and said an order that was not even close. At this point my husband restated our order for the third time. Some minutes went by and a third male came to the window asking for our order! Many minutes past, and then a different female came to the window with our order and apologized for the wait. When we got home and pulled out the order, and it was not exactly correct. Really? My thought is that someone should supervise & replace these far older than teen workers. Of course, we are done with Burger King. I did tell others about our encounter, and a couple suggested that it was possibly induced by illicit behavior. I can't remember the last time I ate fast food. Well, we should have gone to In-out-burger across the street.

The food is good, but their cashier has no business working in customer service. Very terse, very impolite. The store received a shipment while we were there and she blocked off (using wet floor signs, not something that explicitly says "keep out) half the restaurant to be a staging area for the delivery (this was around 11am, so not an entirely not busy time) and then started yelling at any customer who walked through that area and telling them it was a "$3,500 fine" for anyone to be in there, never polite about it, just literally saying, with a raised voice, "I need you to get out of there right now." Oh, and apparently this location now has a one refill only policy, sure would be nice if they posted it, but given how I'm fairly certain the cashier totally made up the fine, I'm willing to bet that isn't policy and this woman just likes going on power trips.
The convenience of this location just isn't worth it. Go to literally any other restaurant in this shopping center for a better experience.

Girl at window is rude. I asked for her manager when I got to the window. She gave me the dirtiest look. The manager stuck up for her. I reported them both to Corporate and I get a free Whopper Whopper. This is not the first ti.e this has happened at this location.

I wouldn't even give this place a star.... The assitant manager was grouchy and rude and he doesnt know how to work the menu. His name started with a j and he had no teeth and we asked for a double cheeseburger kids meal and he said he couldn't do it and I used to work there so I know what he can do. And after us a guy in a wheel chair came up and he told him the whopper was like 5.27 and he was rude when he was trying to explain it and he said that he doesnt make the prices so I went to pay for him because he was older and special needs. Then two more people ordered and he was making an ice cream cone and it fell over and he gave us our food and stormed out. There was a ten more people still waiting to order........ and he left the two ladies to deal with everybody.

If you post your hours, you should keep them. If you say you close at 8, you should not get there and find they have closed at 7:30 p.m. and then be nasty about it. I asked her why she closed up so early, and she says because we had no customers. Well now they can consider themselves having two less! 🙄

Ordered chicken nuggets. Cashier guy yelled back at the cook to "redrop those nuggets!" I don't want double fried chicken nuggets. When nuggets are fried once, they have a crispy breading and fluffy nearly flakey meat. After you "redrop" (code for refry) nuggets, they have a rock hard breading and rubbery meat.

Tried to redeem my coupon that i had received earlier in the day, and they would not honor it. Then, when i ordered the impossible whopper, they gave me a regular whopper, which made me sick.
