Visited this location on 6/6/22 at 6:50pm. Sat in the drive thru for several minutes with a few other vehicles. Digital menus were on and drive through lanes were not blocked off, yet nobody ever came on to take our order. We finally pulled up to the window to see if everything was ok, to find that

The wait to get 3 small milk shakes and 1 hot fudge sunday was over 10 minutes after I entered the selections into the order kiosk. Too much attention was being paid to the drive-up window and not enough to the in-store customers.

The worse. I ordered oatmeal with apple pieces and two sausage mcmuffins. The oatmeal had standing water had to drink it . Apple pieces were big apple slices and both sausage mcmuffins had egg on them I ordered without eggs. Called the customer service line and it say number has been disconnected
Got the wrong coffee. Nothing worse than waiting in line, ordering a Sugar free French vanilla and getting some Carmel thing. Guess that's why we pay 15.00 an hour....
