Never going to the location again. The Indian woman who works there was very rude and told me extra veggies were an extra charge. This is the only Subway I've been to here in Reno that charges extra for vegetables. Might explain why they weren't as busy as the other Subways around town. Then when I was paying she threw my receipt at me and it fell to the ground and she didn't even say sorry or anything!! If you like terrible service then go here. If you don't I suggest going to a different one.

A really clean location. The customer service is amazing. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you feel like they actually want your business. I have been to other subways owned by this franchisee, all of their locations provide service beyond expectation. Good job, keep it up.

Normally I really enjoy going to this Subway. The food is fresh, the people are fast and efficient and friendly. I was there today at 1:10 pm, and everyone was wearing a mask until a mom walks in with her son who looked to be around 12 and of Hispanic descent. She was wearing a mask, and he wasn't. There were 3 Subway workers in the store, and one of them immediately asked "where is your mask?" The boy angrily stormed out as he either did n ot have one of was in no mood to follow the social protocols. A clean cut white make wearing a white shirt and khakis walked in right after, maskless. I thought this was interesting since my wife had just told me there was a guy at Nothing Bunt Cake who was the only one not wearing a mask and was annoyingly coughing. He proceeded to walk into Subway, order without any mention from the workers that he should have been wearing a mask. Not saying this had to do with race, but it was just a really bad look. I just wish for the sake of health and unity the same standard would be applied to everyone regardless of race, gender or anything else to make one feel so privileged that they don't feel they have to follow the same rules as everyone else. Turns out he was the same guy my wife had seen earlier. Unfortunate to say the least.

I've been to this Subway before and have gotten great service here. Tonight I stopped in with my wife and were standing trying to decide what we wanted. The"sandwich artist" came out of the back and in the space of 2 minutes asked 3 times what we wanted as we were looking at the menu. I refuse to be pushed, give us some time to decide if your want our business. I left and will seriously consider not going back to this store.

The rep didnt ask what size I wanted for my sandwich. Automatically started to make a foot long. She then put it together and it spilled out. The tables had not been cleaned with no one there. Sandwich was ok.

I ordered a sandwich, two bags of chips, a cookie and a soda for delivery using Uber Eats. And because of their incompetence, I only got the sandwich. Are you people even trying? How the HELL does someone forget the majority of the order for delivery?
