The service is bad ppl and they don’t care for customers at all . The managers need to be fired. They need double check their orders and believe the customer before their workers .I placed a 60.00 dollar order for my family. My meal is missing and no dipping sauce or ketchup or sauce for the 20 tacos I ordered . Very disappointed need to hear back from the district manager or someone higher than Ana that was rude .

I had an offer from a previous visit off the receipt where U take a survey which took bout 3 - 5 minutes. At the end of the survey your given a reference number to write down on the receipt, then take it to any JACK'N'THE BOX & get a free jumbo jack or croissant breakfast sandwich. The staff is very friendly. The food was made to order & pretty good. Keep up the GREAT work!😀

Ordered a pineapple shake along with other items using the app. Upon arrival was told that they didn’t have the pineapple shake. Was offered another flavor but declined. Asked for a refund and was completely ignored by the manager who said his name was Kevin. All he could say was for me to call corporate. Customer service at this location is completely non-existent. Have contacted customer service and have not received a reply. Can I get my $4 back? This is unacceptable.

Really missing the 24hr service. It was great leaving the bars downtown and making the Uber stop at jack in the box for 2am tacos. Now I have to wait in line at McDonald’s…. Shame because the quality really went down when it stoped being 24hr. Foods still good though during operating hours!

Food is typical fast food, but a better variety than most places. Service is usually good, except for their store policy to not accept coupons per person like is printed on the coupon. Which is apparently the "District Manager's Rule". Maybe the district manager should have the coupons printed correctly...UPDATE 4/3/22 COLOMBIA IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED FOR DINNER SO IF YOU DO NOT OWN A CAR YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT IN THE EVENING OR AFTERNOON. This place is going downhill fast it used to be a favorite but even the really bad McDonald's next door is beginning to seem like a better option every time...

Breakfast burrito meal. It wasn't as big as other stores but it was tasty. My husband got the grilled cheese burger munchie meal. It was good also. Of course my daughter loves the tacos.

Well, going in person almost assures your order to be correct and hot. Ordering through DoorDash isn't so accurate nor does it seem respected.
This pic is my order of onion rings almost 3 weeks ago. Grand total of SIX rings (three that wouldn't even fit around a finger) that I paid $4+ for, not including DD rates.
I've been going to this store off and on since the mid-90's so it's a bit of a disappointment to see a downhill slide after decades of great, usually reliable fast food.

I am a hot-shot driver with a 26' bobtail, so I parked and walked up to the dinning room thinking it was opened . Keep in mind that it was 8pm , so I walked thur the drive thru lane and was told that if wasn't in a vehicles I couldn't be served. Most of places that see or understand that I have a big truck and I don't fit , but would still take my order. Long story short , if you're not in a vehicles you're not getting served.
