West Gill

This bar used to be the spot to grab a beer after class, throw some darts, meet up with friends, and generally start or end a night. I'm happy to say that the new owner and name changed that zero percent and it seems like a hit. All that aside I'm over thirty now and the atmosphere in this place is strongly reeking of a younger generation. Still a golden spot for drinks with friends but prepare yourself to feel your age if your even close to 25 or up.

The bar itself is very good, the drinks are good the bar tenders are friendly. The music is a bit louder than I would like, not the best for comfortable conversation. Most people come in as groups or for one drink before leaving.

Somewhat disappointed in the beer selection. We are a craft beer town and I wish the U would have more variety. Bartender was excellent and TVs were a nicely placed.

Stopped in for happy hour to avoid the traffic. Decent prices on drinks, friendly bar tender, nacho cheese tasted like cheese wiz but wasn't bad, I'd do it again.
