Came here for advertised BOGO, was told I needed the Starbucks app, which was not in the advertisement. Download the app and completed the purchase but the cashier's weren't able to figure out how to apply my freshly downloaded app, so i received no credit towards our half dozen beverages. That being said, the coffees were tasty and building was clean. This is a pretty small location.

Stopped to get coffee for a friend, they seemed so happy and they were so polite. I dont drink coffee but if I did I would go here more.

Drinks are good but every time I bring in a reusable mug they always forget about it. The last 4 times in a row i’ve been here this happened. Either they forget about it completely so I wait for 30 minutes for my order until I remind them or I hear my name but don’t see my cup so I have to ask them where it went. One time they lost it so they couldn’t even find it for a minute. It was on the ordering counter so apparently the person taking my order didn’t even try to put the label on it, even after giving me the discount for the cup.

I think I am done with Starbucks. This time I ordered a venti and got a grande and I was told that my drink was going to be $5.25 but when I get up to the window now it's $5.85 and that is the too big of a deal but when they handed me a small drink I just took it because I was already late from the line around the block and I had to go but this was terrible in my opinion.

I asked for 2 things from the secret menu and the first girl was nice about it and then the second girl decided to open her mouth and be very rude about “not knowing how to make the drinks” and so like stop talking and let the one who knows how to do it. On top of that they were very hesitant about telling me what they were out of and what drinks they can’t make and they were just overall very rude I wouldn’t go back and I wouldnt reccomend anyone going there

I’ve always gone here for the past three years and never had an issue until this past month getting my order wrong or the employee just being rude to me and my friend. They either don’t warm up my pastry or the drink just doesn’t taste right no more. I also had a time where i ordered a white chocolate and find out it wasn’t full. i always have to tipped at the end because i don’t know if they are going to treat customers right or get the order right. Miss the old employees :// i get they get busy, i’m a barista too but just always have the order right to any other customer.
