Review Kfc - Reno

Other then they had no chicken on bone apparently the did have chicken strips. It was good but definitely was sitting for a while. I don't know it usually is a great place to go, but not so true this time

Just left.....when I walked in, the man in front of me was SCREAMING and swearing about his online order. Eventually we ordered. The staff were play fighting, leaning on the counter, and chit chatting. It took 20 minutes for 4 chicken strips and large popcorn chicken. Not worth it to stop here if you're in a hurry. The cashier lady was nice.

For the most part their food is okay sometimes when I order the extra crispy it seems to come out a little too slimy but their chicken sandwiches pretty good and they have the best coleslaw in town in my opinion

I really like their food and I think they are doing a great job on the tasty factor. However, the kind of people who work the window tend to be a little unkind and a bit stand-offish. Last night I went through trying to get a pot pie and this is the second night in a row that they didn't have any available and I wasn't going to wait 30 minutes for fast food...so I tried to get a replacement. I ended up with a famous bowl instead but they offered me the combo since I already paid for the pot pie and the famous bowl is cheaper. I said that's totally fine except they ended up not giving me the combo so I lost money... I gotta give it 3 cuz I'm 50/50 on my feelings for the place overall. Ups and downs I guess.
