Decided to try the Prime Rib since they have been out of Turkey for awhile now. Do Not get the Prime Rib!!. $20 for a piece of meat you can't even cut with a knife or even try to chew. It was so tough and dry. I just had to throw it away. Can't believe they would sell it. It was even too tough for my dog to chew. Waste of money!

I have been a fan of Boston Market food since they opened. This location not so much. I received emails stating I can go in during the thanksgiving holiday and order anytime inside or drive through off the regular menu or the holiday menu. When I arrived the day before thanksgiving I was greeted at the door by a lady who told me that the public is not allowed inside for any kind of ordering and the drive through was closed. It should be noted in the email that the one and only location in the entire city has different rules. A thirty minute drive one way for nothing.

"Meatloaf" was like canned dogfood, gravey for potatoes was thick brown water with no flavor, mac&cheese was mush...this was horrible.
Edited...went to talk to manager about meal. He was very understanding and offered two replacement dinners. The chicken was much better than ribs and Meatloaf.

Walked over from Walmart to eat lunch while my car is being serviced. Lobby was not open. Can't believe this is still an issue and shows lack of management ability. Will not ever return.

I ordered 100 meals from the catering menu; The Premium Holiday Buffet for a Resident Event that we had at our community last Friday night. Dwight and his assistant delivered the meals right on-time and every part of my order was included. The portions were amazingly generous! Delicious and courteous service! Thank you Boston Market for helping us make this event a success!

I decided to stop here on a whim today. It was my first time visiting Boston Market, and will be my last.
First though, the good. The employees that helped me were friendly, attentive, and service was fast. A+ for them.
The problem is with the food. I ordered a full rack of Ribs with Macaroni and Cheese and Creamed Spinach as sides. The food I recieved was Stouffer's level quality at legit BBQ joint prices.
I suspect this company isn't going to be in business much longer. Amazing to me they've made it this long.

My sister and I had lunch here.. we both had the chicken Cobb said I believe it was.. chicken so tender and the whole salad looked and tasted fresh..

I do not recommend this place the best thing about this place is there drinks raspberry iced tea I ordered the half chicken mashed potatoes and red potatoes everything was cold even the cornbread I was disappointed..
