I have been a fan of Boston Market food since they opened. This location not so much. I received emails stating I can go in during the thanksgiving holiday and order anytime inside or drive through off the regular menu or the holiday menu. "Meatloaf" was like canned dogfood, gravey for potatoes was thick brown water with no flavor, mac&cheese was mush...this was horrible. Edited...went to talk to manager about meal. He was very understanding and offered two replacement dinners. The chicken was much better than ribs and Meatloaf.

Walked over from Walmart to eat lunch while my car is being serviced. Lobby was not open. Can't believe this is still an issue and shows lack of management ability. Will not ever return.
