I love authentic dive bars. this particular bar has been authentically the same since before I could drink 🍻🍷. the crowd can get a little rough sometimes, during those periods I am glad the patrons seem to police themselves. a safe place for single women and the respect from the staff is also one of a kind.

This place is great! I just saw I rated it one start a year ago and I don't know how that happened, cause I've always enjoyed this place. The music is great, the dive bar feel is great, you can always meet fun new people here, it's always open, the selection of alcohol is just what it needs to be... Especially for fans of like, West Second Street Bar, which is shut down right now, this place is loud, had good music, good drinks, a good vibe. Highly recommended

Awful experience! Walked into an employee SCREAMING at a customer. Quite frankly employee seemed way out of line and it was very uncomfortable. THEN experienced ANOTHER employee going off on two very nice young ladies in the restroom. Calling them C@*ts and several other VERY unpleasant names for once again no reason that I was aware of other than these young ladies were so much prettier and better behaved. All in all it was an EXTREMELY unpleasant uncomfortable time I have EVER had in a bar. The bartender had definite attitude as well. Sorry Shea's, you used to be a much nicer place to spend an evening. I will never go there again....so tacky!
