Entrees were cooked well, friendly staff, clean dine-in, and close to Grand Sierra and Convention Center. $35 family dinner with two drinks... very reasonable in this economy!

My daughter will only eat the crab rangoon. We've been getting them all over the place for many years. My daughter had been very Ill and hadn't eaten very much for several days. After we got out of the ER she finally had an appetite so I scrounged enough to get her some of her favorite food. When I ordered them I noticed they were burnt in the bowl, so I asked if they could make new ones. I was told they "all had the same cooking time " so they'd always look that way. I said, well that's odd because we've never purchased burnt food in any other store in the past. So they "made new ones" but they were just as burnt as the first batch, except for a few that were perfect which of course negated their excuse. Why would you choose to tell a customer "oh our food is always burnt because we'd rather you think we're inept rather than just make a batch correctly"?
Anyways, I'll choose not to return to this location as I've never had problems at any other location before.

I got the smallest portion of my order today at this location. It just had probably half of the normal portion. I found all their boxes are getting smaller also. Although their price doesn’t raised, you can still regard as they raise the price. Won’t visit this location again.

The food at panda has really dropped in quality. This store is disgusting it's dirty we had to clean our own table and the bathroom was dirty the floor doesn't look like it's been swept or mopped in a week. This will probably be the last time I eat at any panda.

They would not give my boyfriend our online order after he showed them his ID and the credit card he paid with. They required him to show them the email confirmation that he had to come out to the car to get. Sure glad we didn’t forget our phones in FERNLEY. The amount of hoops to go through was borderline harassment.

Ordered 6 bowls 1 side and 2 orders of egg rolls and 2 orders of cream cheese ragoons. When I got home my side was missing as well as an order of egg rolls. The chow main was just made but dry and lacking flavor in the middle.
