Great staff and customer service. The sticky bun was amazing. If you like iced tea and coffee this would be the place to go. CBD products are also sold here at a great price. Atmosphere is relaxing.

Flew in from CA and came across this place on Google search. I ordered an Oat milk latte and the homemade banana bread- both were SO GOOD! Also met the owners, who were both so sweet and welcoming. Would return on my next trip!

I ordered a siphon coffee based on a recommendation from one of the reviews and it was one of the best coffees I've had. The shop it self is really cool and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend giving this coffee shop a try!

Wonderful coffee shop. Locally owned, intentionally quiet (the music playing is very low-noise, so it's easy to have a conversation), very friendly, good atmosphere; interesting and solid products without being pretentious. They also have outlets for laptops and a printer, so probably a decent place

Pianissimo was one of my favorite coffee shops while I lived in Reno. Not only was the coffee itself great, but the addition of CBD oil lead to a perfectly relaxing atmosphere and state of mind. Also I've had all the food there. It's all good. Get the jelly.

This place is amazing! A little hole in the wall home-grown coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere and great coffee. They are environmentally friendly. Coffee is served in mugs unless you want it to go and use traditional silverware. The CBD option is available for any beverage. Its a little expensive
