Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - these are the items we ordered: 2 taco buche (intestines), 2 taco cabeza (head), taco asada, and burrito pastor (based on recommendation). It's not as common to see buche and cabeza so we were super excited! The buche was cooked well without being queasy or chewy with a really earthy taste. The cabeza was a bit oily compared to the asada which was expected but still so delicious. The pastor was marinated well with so much flavor that no sauce really was needed on it. There is a salsa bar but no onion, cilantro, or the avocado sauce.
Ambience: 5/5 - clean and spacious with social distancing in mind. Three arcade games in the corner for entertainment as well as large tvs on each side of the restaurant
Service: 5/5 - cashier was super cheerful, nice, and friendly. Knowledgeable about the food and customer preferences
Value for price: 5/5 - delicious food, great customer service, reasonable price

This is amazing food at an affordable price. Really a hidden gem of Mexican food in Reno. My new favorite spot!

The super burrito was awesome and tasted great. The woman at the front was very helpful taking my order. Although the chips were not the usual as they did seem store bought and they were all broken up. Definitely will come here again and support this business.

This is the Mexican restaurant that Mexicans eat at... not Taco Bell, lol. Great authentic Mexican food.

Overall I really enjoyed this place! It was open on Christmas day! The burrito deluxe I ordered was nice and large. Better know your Spanish when you come here because they called out the orders in Spanish when you pick it up. Not a problem, just you need to know that. It’s a cafeteria style dining right now which I had no problem with. Would definitely recommend

This is a gracious 3 stars as I'd more realistically give 2.5 since it's no more than your average taco shop. Infact, if the carne asada didn't have that flavor you expect, it would be even less.
Here's what I liked...
•Carne asada flavor was on point (but my enjoyment ended there).
•Atmosphere. Super clean and bright and spacious.
•Ordering ease. The counter order equipped with microphone was awesome and easy.
•Crew. Super polite and patient.
•Cleanliness. Already mentioned but deserving of its own shout out. Also, the crew was timely and cleaned the tables.
Now, there's some stuff I didn't like...
•Carne asada. While the flavor was there, it was super dry, inconsistent texture (hard and soft), and inconsistent chop.
•Sour cream. Runny and lacking flavor.
•Beans. Too thick. Too "canned"-like. Not sure if it was canned or not.
•Chicken. Dry and under seasoned.
•Salsa/salsa bar. There were only 2 option, limes, and canned jalapeños. Plus, red sauce had no heat and lacking flavor. Super disappointed.
....and my biggest disappointment was...
•Chips. Oh I almost didn't even want to eat. Infact I only ate 1/2 of what I wanted because they were store bought. And not like the good ones you can fine now but these were the hard, round, over salted, bought in bulk store chips.
The menu was large and I will come back to try more items.
