Daena, you are amazing and you saved the day. Thank you very much for your outstanding customer service and empathy. 5 minutes before breakfast ends, I call your restaurant and I'm completely saddened that I will not be there in time to order breakfast. You put your customer service hat on, took my order over the phone and my wife went and picked up breakfast for us. Thank you again I'm going above and beyond to make one of your customers happy. A handful of the workers are very polite! Especially faith, they were very polite and patient with me while I figured out what I wanted. This place use to be absolutely disgusting and dreadful but recently has turned into a good location. Many of the managers are also very nice and welcoming. Only thing that sucks is the dinning room being open then closed the next day

Went thru drive thru line wasn't bad wait time at window wasn't bad costumer service was a young lady very polite even had me check order before left window. Unfortunately the food wasn't fresh tasting is only reason gave a three star but will go back once more to see if was just an off day for them. Ordered three chicken nugget 6 piece kids meals two big kings and a whooper Jr meal.

Last time we go to his burger king! This place has recently changed from mediocre to a nightmare! I was on the Blue Tooth with my wife while she tried to order! My wife wanted to use a gift card we had, and the "nice" employee asked what seemed to be the manager for help. He, the manager, came to the window and finished taking our order himself! He would not accept the gift card that we called on prior to ordering and it has a balance. He refused to use it! He refused coupons that they advertise with! Our order was WRONG after he got involved as my wife had to tell him twice "No Cheese". I cannot have lactose, making my meal worthless! Also, He would not take the earned points built up from several purchases there! This store has completely gone downhill recently! basically telling the customer what they can have rather than accepting Burger King's policies! I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this store and would have given a minus rating if it was possible! It is a shame that "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" has become this store's Manager "MY WAY OR NO WAY!!" And being stuck in the "Drive Thru" means exactly that, you're stuck and can't walk out! IM sure this manager or Person In Charge who did this will try to blame somebody else! But if anybody is interested in resolving these issues, He had a very distinct voice trait that cannot be hidden from, nor mistaken for, the original order taker! But I'm sure the corporate office could care less either! DO NOT GO THERE! MANY, MANY SIMILAR REVIEWS! Read them for yourself!

Waited 20 minutes for my indoors order that was supposed to be a Doubke texas wapper and got this cold sandwich instead. Found out when i took the order to go and got to my jobsite. 7 people standing around with their thumbs up their butts that could care less. This is the 3rd time having issues at this location and will be my last.
