My wife and I travel here from Sacramento California once a month usually but sometimes greater time between visits as life permits us lol. The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful, they recognize us when we visit even though we don't visit often. The food is delicious!! I strongly recommend getting nachos with your chips on the side and make sure to get some guacamole because theirs is amazing!!

I drove by this place for a couple of years now and and at I stopped to take a look and I liked what I saw the food was good and I'd like to set up it's almost like Subway but with Mexican food pretty awesome

I have given this location multiple chances and it has failed me ever time in quality of food, Level of kindness, cleanliness and in safe guards and being blantily hypocritical about Covid-19 regulations.
Every time I come in I feel unwanted and that the workers just want me to leave.

The foods good but when they have dumb employees that don’t listen to you while your ordering your food that they make right in front of you and still mess it up, that takes away from the experience. If you can’t understand what someone is saying than don’t put what you feel like, ask what your customer is saying instead. Very unhappy with that one employee and will never let her make my food again.

I just want to give a huge shout out to the Qdoba on N McCarren in Reno! I ordered nachos via uber eats and I ordered lots of sauce and they took it upon themselves to put my chips on the side so they weren't soggy by the time they got to me! Thank you! I will definitely order from you again!
