I go through this STARBUCKS frequently, my order is always correct and tastes great! Workers are friendly despite how busy it is. It's a WIN WIN WIN WIN for me. Parking can be a safety issue. I suggest to park a bit away and walk in. Do no park in a space where the drive through cars line up. I always drive through. Bottom line I always get a great hot drink!

I love Starbucks and the staff is nice. They have their wait times getting better all the time. Only complaint would be that my cup is less full than other stores seems they leave double the space for whip cream.

This location is severely miss managed, the lobby is constantly closed and when it’s open they put all the chairs up 4 hours before close, constantly out of things like cold brew. Don’t blame the pandemic for this, you just don’t know how to manage this particular store. When they are open though, staff is friendly and get your drinks right.

Staff is nice, my only concern is that they don’t fill up the cups. Which, I find so annoying because the drinks can be expensive. My tea I order, almost always is missing 1/2 inch to an inch which is not fair. I don’t think it’s acceptable. That’s robbing customers. Fill up the cups!!!!

We order two Carmel craps not hard one extra shot ea and Carmel in the cup. We got the drinks with a bit of Carmel of top whip. Returned them so she dumps Carmel on whip. We say no a second time. And we receive new drinks like this

I understand that they were busy
However, Grace gave me a drink that I did not order and when she couldn't sell the lie she offered to make me another one
Obviously I'm not going to hold up the line or wait any longer for her to make me the drink I actually ordered.

Baristas food and drinks were great. Bathrooms constantly in use, some sketchy characters spending a lot of time here. Met up with friends for a visit but could barely hear them over the too loud music

The place of business and attraction can have means of appreciation due to its feedback and care
Personally I haven't made an appearance since a while back, I'd love to have a great beverage from the best of its place of workers and delightfully sake of matter to the ones who enjoy such things
