First of all, they made fresh brownies this morning so naturally I ordered one (3). Quite literally one of the best brownies I've had and it melts in your mouth. Second, as usual, the sandwich is incredible. Third, the cherry topper, they always have fantastic customer service!
Great food, however customer service is lacking. My son & I stopped by Rick’s Deli for lunch on Monday. I hadn’t been there in years but remembered the food was great. It was even better than I remembered! My son loved his sandwich & brownie. Clean restaurant open for dine in which was nice, and super friendly staff! Definitely will be back soon!

Loved the food here, but one morning I made an order and the person behind the counter tried chit-chatting with me about right wing conspiracy theories. Will be avoiding this place from now on. I don't want my money going towards that kind of brain-rot.
Family owned and operated local deli that's been around for years, maybe decades because they do it right. Regular customers are greeted by name, all customers receive a smile. They have been around because they make great food and care about their customers!
I placed a order online picked it up. 1 hour later I got a phone call stating my order was ready to be picked up. I told them I picked it up like a hour ago. Well they decided to charge my card twice because they messed up. So I basically paid $65 for two sandwiches for their mess up.
