I never feel shy about asking questions about the wines and ciders in the shop to the staff as they are all quite friendly. Also, a great place to drink with friends and family!

My husband and I are visiting for a work trip. I came in today and was helped by a great and knowledgeable employee. The wines she recommended were phenomenal However She is lightly to blame, the wine is so good I drank the entire bottle before dinner! She deserves a raise!

Already over priced beer cave and on top of that they charge you a corkage fee for opening your beers. I told the cashier I would open 1 of 2 beers and she said “I will just charge you a corkage fee for both” ...did I get a refund for not opening one of the beers? Nope.

Great atmosphere, inside and out, if you want to swing by for a drink, and an incredible assortment of drinks from all around the globe if you want to pick something up for later. I've been coming here for years, now, and will continue to do so. If you're unfamiliar with Craft, don't be scared to poke your head in and look around; you won't be disappointed.

Always a great experience. The selection is nice, and most brands are not often found in other stores (even other beverage stores). The staff is super friendly and makes the experience extra enjoyable. Whether you're stopping in to just grab something to go or you stay and drink anything from their selection, it's worth the trip! This is the first review I've done and I have to admit, this is the coolest bar in Reno. If you love good people and great selections of beer and wine, you must stop in. The staff are more like friends than just a person to pour you drinks. The cooler has a vast selection of beer. The show floor has an abundance of wine and a Wall of liquor. When you stop in, come say "hi", I'm probably at the bar.

Very responsive to messages and extremely helpful. I live in Singapore and was able to purchase and have delivered a lovely bottle of port, all online. Very helpful staff that is paying a lot of attention to the customer even though the customer is a faceless typist. I hope one day to visit the retail location in person to thank Ty face to face.
