Simple menu of burgers and fries. Burgers are are very homemade looking. Preformed patties, toasted bun with fresh lettuce, onion and tomato. Frozen fries but prepared well. Did not try the chili.
The interior was clean and condiments were readily available.
We will return.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. The bun stays together, doesn’t tear, it holds inside it nicely layered lettuce, a nice big hunky ring of onions, and juicy tender burger with a nice amount of cheese. The fries are super good too. Nice and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside

Seems like a steady paced business. The hamburger meat to me tasted flavorless, their fries are nice and crispy though. You can get a cheeseburger 🍔 and small fries 🍟 for about 9.60 plus tax and plus tip.

I have always really enjoyed my food here, especially a double cheeseburger with the pepper on it. Milkshakes are good too.

My favorite burger place in Reno! Burgers are loaded, cooked to perfection (this is a matter of personal preference, I know. I like my burgers a touch of pink and I never have to tell them that! If you like it differently, they will cook to order.)
They are pretty fast, too, for how busy/popular they are. It can take a minute sometimes, but that's to be expected, perfection doesn't just happen!
*Update: Nothing has really changed, food is still excellent, although I also want to add that the service is friendly, too! No fake customer service voice, you just get real people. I like that.

4 people regular cheese burgers and fries and paying $60 I would of thought the food would of been better. When ringing people up they used the same gloves for making patties and touching the register. I wasn't amazed by the food and couldn't remember what the food tasted like.
Asked my family what they thought they didn't like it as well. So I guess Maybe we got them on a off day. I won't go back.

The burgers were good, the problem was there was a very large dog allowed in the dining area that was sniffing around also another person was allowed to be carrying her dog while she ordered, after she was getting condiments while holding the dog. If it is an eating area, pets should not be allowed in.

Been going to this restaurant for a long time and WILL NEVER GO BACK. Burgers ordered well done and not even close. See photos. Buns smashed flat. When we called to complain the manager insisted we bring the food back before he would do anything so we did. He preceded to take the burgers apart with his gloved hands that had been obviously in other food and then told me it's what was ordered and said he wouldn't do anything and handed me back the same food after he had his hands all over all the burgers. Now I have cold undercooked not as ordered food. This is far from the first time I have had an order screwed up but this was the last. There are lots of good burger restaurants here in town I would suggest you use any one other than this jucys
