Absolutely my last time coming here. I've gone back a few times to try and give them another chance, and this was the last strike. Terrible customer service, long wait times (even if the only one in line), and they ALWAYS mess an order up. Been coming to this location over 10 years. It's never been as bad as it has been the past few months. Seems like the quality of ingredients are slowly declining as well. I don't know what's been up with this location, but I'm not wasting anymore of my money here.

Absolutely Horrible Service!
The staff is so Unprofessional, rude & ghetto. You can definitely tell they could careless about the customers and are Only there for a paycheck. Perhaps they should have someone from Corporate act like a customer and see how terrible the service is. Training is an understatement for this location. The fries always look old & over cooked and they definitely need to change the grease. I will never spend another cent here.

GO TO THE OWINGS MILLS LOCATION! It is much better! The couple times I have been to this location it's always been bad. Either cold, or burger slopped together, or messed up the order, or a combination of those things. The other location is always good and fresh when I have been.

How do y'all consistently mess up orders? Wrong type of nuggets, asked for spicy chicken instead of grilled in a salad, given an ENTIRELY wrong order! Every time I order from here, it's SOMETHING. The only reason I gave you 2 stars instead of 1 is because at least I got food.

Have been a reg customer until today. I always order the same meal and out of at least the last 5 visits (drive thru), the sandwich has not been assembled correctly (Asiago chicken club). Typically no bacon, sometimes tomato or lettuce but rarely both and occasionally a surprise pickle. But you are still charged for what’s ordered. I know there are supply and staffing issues but every time?

This place is disgusting a bunch of kids playing. With one of my meals I asked for sprite they gave me water I didn’t realize until I got all the way home. All my food was cold nuggets hard as bricks, fries cold. I asked for honey mustard for my nuggets he gave me ghost pepper ranch. A waste of money. This place need to be shut down or have a hiring event.

This was the WORST fast food restaurant I have ever visited. Went on Friday night(April 1) and thought it was a joke. When the guy came on the speaker for the drive thru all you could hear was people laughing, talking and cussing in the background. He couldn't focus on taking our order due to the noise in the back. We asked him a question and he never responded just kept asking what type of drink. Asked him the same question a second time and he seemed to have an attitude. We kept repeating our order, he couldn't get it right. After all of that we decided to not trust them with our food. We finally canceled everything and drove off. I know good help is hard to find but terrible help is not a good substitute. We will never visit this place again. Go someplace else.
