Pizza Hut

Two things - I ordered a pizza with LIGHT sauce and EXTRA cheese. I got exactly the opposite. I ignored this because I was hungry. But then I also bit down on what appears to be a piece of wood in my pizza. After telling me it wasn't wood and it was a piece of crust, I was told I could be refunded but they needed to pick up the pizza (never mentioned the wood) I asked did they need the stick as well she said yes. She later changed it and said I needed to text a random number the pictures and I would be refunded tomorrow. No type of apology. Do not order from here. They clearly do not care.

My side salad was wet, withered and had old wilted onions on it so that was a waste of money because I didn’t eat it. This is what a $4.99 side salad looks like from this location. No love added what so ever! My cheese sticks were burnt but at least the Detroit style pizza was the only thing that was enjoyed. If I ever order from this location again, I’ll definitely check my food first before leaving.

Placed my order instore tobe made a specific way. When i opened up the box found it was made wrong. Called back to complaint but received a very pleasant and apologetic individual. Offered to replace the pizza and gave me options as to how quickly I could receive another one. One way i could get one approximately 30 minutes delivered, or i could get one by the next day. Even quicker if I like could return back and it should be ready. As promised I returned and no waiting it was ready. Hot, fresh, and good.

Change your online app. I clicked on the family pizza deal which should have been a pepperoni pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. It kicked me into a "Design your own pizza" screen instead of giving me what was advertised. I clicked on the square pan crust (the only choice), the regular pepperoni and the regular cheese. It then kicked me into selecting bread sticks and cinnamon sticks each in their own page. When I was done, it wanted to charge me an additional 5.99 for nothing! I went back to the beginning and skipped all the design pages - resulting in the correct price of 12.99. Unfortunately, when the pizza arrived it was a plain cheese pizza. I was ripped off!!!!!! I like the local store and hate the web page. I will NEVER order another pizza from pizza hut through their web page. It is a scam that attempts to trick you into ordering more than you want. Shame on you!!!!!!!
