Minh's Bistro

I love coming to Minh's for Pho but don't overlook their other menu items. Tonight we had the Vietnamese Spring Rolls and the Salt and Pepper Calimari as for apps. The squid was perfectly cooked- salty and tender. All through the pandemic we pickup up Pho from Minh's which was always packaged perfectly. If you haven't tried Minh's yet, pop in for lunch and grab a banh mi or go for dinner and get the pho or one of their many other tasty offerings- you won't be disappointed!

An American take on pho here. Definitely missing some spices, it’s not as rich tasting as a traditional pho. I liked the place itself. Prices are outrageous though. $15 for a small bowl of pho, which honestly didn’t fill us up. So definitely go for a bigger bowl, the one for $18. (IMHO, even authentic pho doesn’t cost that much)

Minh’s is WONDERFUL. We got pork dumplings and 2 orders of the eye round beef pho. I dove into the pho so quickly I forgot to take a picture. The flavors were SO good! The service was perfect, and it was one of the best date nights we’ve had in a while. 10/10 will be our go-to spot every Monday this off-season. Thank you, Minh’s!!!!

So so good and the owner is the nicest, sweetest man. I forgot about this place for a bit and this cold weather has had me craving soup. The broth in the Pho is layered, savory and consistently delicious. Spring rolls are also tasty and fresh. Great place and great product:) **Please join DoorDash, the people need it!!

Dear Fin, Anyone who complains that your delicious Vietnamese recipes are not authentic…then they are absolutely ignorant on Vietnamese Cuisine. Not only is every ingredient authentic, but the combination of their artful display, as well as scrumptious taste is a true masterpiece! The restaurant is stunning, your sweet niece is an amazing server, and you my friend, are not only a genuine person, but a true professional and you have one of the best restaurants in Rehoboth/surrounding, anywhere for that fact.
