Mcdonald's

Very slow drive-thru, three cars in outer lane were able to order while we were continually told to wait to order (sorry people in line behind us). Last time we were here we had a paper coupon for buy one get one free frozen drinks, and they said it was too late to redeem the coupon once we got the window, we needed to let them know when ordering and charged us the full price. This time when using the same coupon (we mentioned the coupon at the speaker during ordering) we were told they couldn't update the price, it would have to be done at the window when paying. Luckily we did get the discounted price, order was correct, and everything tasted fine.

Today while waiting on my mobile pick up order, I witnessed 3 or 4 senior citizens who do not use kiosks or mobile apps walk out. They patiently waited at the cashier for someone to come take there order. 1 couple asked if there was someone to take their order, they were told they don’t have a cashier as they were too busy and to use the kiosk. A few others waited over 5 min while employees walked directly behind the cash register, looking like they were going to take their order but didn’t. They didn’t even acknowledge they were standing there. We need to do better people. Not everyone knows how to use technology. I’m ashamed to have witnessed that.

I stopped after work to get fries and coke. I waited almost 10 minutes with no one else in line. cheerful person finally came to window and I was off The fries were either burnt or tasted like yesterdays microwaved. After that long they should have been fresh, what were these people doing for that long with no one else in line that they felt the need to give me old dried fries. I decided to returen next night and ordered burger. took 10 minutes then they asked if I ever ordered huh!! never mind I am on a diet from now on!!

I went through drive through for a drink only and apparently everyone else was in line for large meals, it took a long time I should have just went inside. You think it's 2 lines but they bottle neck into 1 at the pay window. They also are trying to fix orders from the app and everyone was just waiting. Really not anyone's fault You can't fix drinks and food ahead the drink would have been watered down and food cold. Something just doesn't work out with this order process.
