Staff is always very friendly. There is always a long line in the evening (not the staffs fault that it's a popular spot), but always takes a long time to get food from the time you order. Wish I could give a 5 star.

Drive thru needs to go faster please! Stop closing lobby at 10 pm. Keep it open. It took 1 hour to get my food. The pandemic is over!!!!

I got some roost fried which I usually love but today they were extremely disappointing not only did they forget to put sauce on it they looked sad

After waiting in the drive through, the guy in front of me signalled he wanted out, so i went ahead and parked and went inside. The service was quick and the burger was fresh and tasty! Keeping it 5 stars because I rate food freshness and quality over drive through speed.

Drive threw order went fine. The food exchange part was uncomfortably confusing and rude. Didn't eat the food so don't know how well it tasted.

Stopped by Christmas day to get something as we waited for our food at home to be done. The customer service was bad the manager seemed way overwhelmed and refused to correct my order, I ordered onion rings in the app with my combo but it did not update from fries and instead of the manager trading them out to satisfy a customer she simply reprinted my receipt and showed me the mistake on my side but would not change my fries for onion rings. Customer service needs to be more of a priority at this location as it really lacks even from a manager 🙄. The food also tasted bad and fries were really cold.
